Wanyang Dai is a Distinguished Professor in Nanjing University, Chief Scientist in Su Xia Control Technology. He is the President & CEO of U.S. based (Blockchain & Quantum-Computing) SIR Forum, President of Jiangsu Probability & Statistical Society, Chairman of Jiangsu BigData-Blockchain and Smart Information Special Committee. He received his Ph.D. in mathematics and systems & industrial engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in USA. He was an MTS and principal investigator in U.S. based AT&T Bell Labs (currently Nokia Bell Labs) with some project won “Technology Transfer” now called cloud system. He was the Chief Scientist in DepthsData Digital Economic Research Institute. He published numerous influential papers in big name journals including Mathematics, Probability in the Engineering and Informational Sciences, Quantum Information Processing, Operations Research, Operational Research, Queueing Systems, Computers & Mathematics with Applications, Communications in Mathematical Sciences, and Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics. He received various academic awards and has presented over 60 keynote/plenary speeches in IEEE/ACM, big data and cloud computing, artificial intelligence and robot, quantum computing and communication technology, computational and applied mathematics, biomedical engineering, mathematics & statistics, and other international conferences. He has been serving as IEEE/ACM conference chairs, editors-in-chief and editorial board members for various international journals ranging from artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, wireless communication, pure mathematics & statistics to their applications.

Dr. Huiyu Zhou received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Radio Technology from Huazhong University of Science and Technology of China, and a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from University of Dundee of United Kingdom, respectively. He was awarded a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Computer Vision from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, United Kingdom. Dr. Zhou currently is a full Professor at School of Computing and Mathematical Sciences, University of Leicester, United Kingdom. He has published over 500 peer-reviewed papers in the field. His research work has been or is being supported by UK EPSRC, ESRC, AHRC, MRC, EU, Royal Society, Leverhulme Trust, Invest NI, Puffin Trust, Alzheimer’s Research UK, Invest NI and industry.

Dr. Shadloo is an Associate Professor, since Sept. 2015, at the National Institute of Applied Science (INSA), Rouen and a Researcher at Coria Lab. (CNRS-UMR 6614). Dr. Shadloo is actively engaged in the fields of (i) (aero-) hydrodynamics, turbulence, transitional boundary layers as well as (ii) multiphase, multi-physics fluid flows and heat transfer for the last 10 years. His expertise is mainly in theoretical and computational fluid dynamics (CFD), but has also been active in developing validation strategies and guidelines for CFDist. He aims to develop a new generation high-order coupled algorithm for compressible/incompressible fluid flows with complex physical behaviors, in relation to industrial applications. In this framework, he uses high-performance computing (HPC), high-fidelity direct numerical simulations (DNS) and large-eddy simulations (LES), as well as advance machine learning (ML) techniques to decipher complex instabilities and flow behaviors caused mainly by multi-phase and/or turbulent flows, with heat transfer and compressibility effects. "

Lei Chen received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering from Shandong University, Jinan, China, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from University of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. He is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Information Science and Engineering, Shandong University, China. His research interests include image processing and computer vision, visual quality assessment and pattern recognition, machine learning and artificial intelligence. He was the principal investigator of projects granted from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Natural Science Foundation of Shandong Province, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, etc. He has published more than 50 papers on top international journals and conferences in recent years including IEEE TIP, Signal Process., ICME, etc. He was awarded the Future Plan for Young Scholars of Shandong University. He served for many international conferences including the ICIGP 2021, CSAI2022, MLCCIM2022, and ICIVC 2023 as Program Chair, Technical Chair or Publicity Chair.

Prof. Patrick Siarry was born on May 28, 1952, in Pertuis. His research area is relatively (since 1982) new “metaheuristic” optimization such as simulated annealing, which are indicated for the so-called problems of “hard optimization” because of their ability to avoid in principle, trapping in sub-optimal solutions. This topic is multidisciplinary in nature, both by the source of the methods studied (physics, biology, ethology). Much of his work is explicitly one or the other keywords – in particular, modeling, identification, learning rule bases (artificial intelligence), control, nondestructive testing and maintaining the biological and medical engineering.

Xiaoyan Dai has received her Ph.D. in image processing from Muroran Institute of Technology in Japan in 2004, specializing in computer vision and machine learning. Since then, she has focused on image processing and document processing at Canon Inc. In 2019, she joined the Research Center of Kyocera Corporation as an Expert. Her current interests include deep learning and computer vision for object detection, fraud detection, object recognition, and object tracking. She serves as an organizing committee member for multiple international conferences. She is also a speaker at several international conferences.

Christoph Meinel is the founding president of the German University of Digital Science. From 2004 to 2023 he was CEO and Scientific Director of the Hasso Plattner Institute for Digital Engineering (HPI) at the University of Potsdam. There he was Professor of Computer Science and held the chair for "Internet Technologies and Systems". Since 2012, Meinel has been a member of acatech, the German Academy of Science and Engineering. He is chairman or member of numerous scientific committees, advisory boards and supervisory boards, and a visiting professor at several universities in China (TU Beijing, Nanjing, Shanghai). In 2019, he will be inducted into the New Internet IPv6 Hall of Fame. With his team, he designed and built the first European MOOC learning platform openHPI.de, which has been used by partners such as the WHO (openWHO.org), SAP (openSAP.com), and the Stifterverband (KI-Campus.org). MOOCs are interactive online courses for thousands of learners who can network and exchange ideas while learning. Across all platforms, there are more than 16 million enrollments. As part of a pilot project funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) from 2017 to 2021, he is leading the development of the HPI School Cloud, a secure and privacy-compliant IT infrastructure for schools. This infrastructure enables students and teachers to flexibly access modern digital teaching and learning content and all the digital tools necessary for teaching via various end devices such as computers, tablets, or smartphones, and to work together collaboratively and across schools. Meinel has taught in HPI's Bachelor's and Master's programs in IT Systems Engineering, offered numerous interactive online courses at openHPI.de, supervised many doctoral projects – 75 of his doctoral students have already successfully defended their theses - and taught at HPI's School of Design Thinking. From 2008 to 2022, he served as Program Director of the HPI-Stanford Design Thinking Research Program, together with Larry Leifer.

Dr. Dan Simovici is a computer scientist interested in the applications of various mathematical techniques in machine learning and data mining. He is a graduate of the Polytechnical Institute of Iasi, Romana, where he obtained an MS in Electrical Engineering, of the University of Iasi, Romania, where he got an MS in Mathematics, and of University of Bucharest, Romania, where he got a PhD in Mathematics. Since 1982 he is affiliated with the University of Massachusetts Boston, where he is Professor of Computer Science and the founding graduate director of the CS doctoral program. He directed fourteen dissertations and published more than 220 research papers. Dr. Simovici served as a visiting professor at the University of Science and Technology in Lille, France, and at Tohoku University in Japan. Dr. Simovici is the author or co-author of 21 books published by Springer Verlag, Academic Press, World Scientific, and a number of Romanian publishers. His latest book published this Fall, was co-authored with Peter Fejer, and is a two-volume set entitled “Logical Foundations of Computer Science”.

Yuichi Sei received the PhD degree in Information Science and Technology from the University of Tokyo in 2009. From 2009 to 2012, he was with the Mitsubishi Research Institute, where he worked on projects related to technology and innovation. Since 2013, he has been with the University of Electro-Communications, where he is currently a professor with the Graduate School of Informatics and Engineering. He also holds concurrent positions as a senior fellow with Mitsubishi Research Institute, a visiting professor with the National Institute of Informatics, and an adjunct researcher with Waseda University. Prof. Sei’s research interests include pervasive computing, privacy-preserving data mining, and software engineering. He is also involved in the development of safe AI systems and research on ethical considerations in technology. He has published over 200 peer-reviewed papers in journals and conferences, including the IEEE Symposium on Security and Privacy (IEEE S&P) and IEEE Transactions on Dependable and Secure Computing. He has received awards such as the IEEE Signal Processing Society Japan Young Author Best Paper Award, the IPSJ/IEEE Computer Society Young Computer Researcher Award, and the IEEE Computer Society Japan Chapter Young Author Award. In addition to his research and publication activities, he has served as a program committee member for conferences including IJCAI.

Dr. Pallavi Ranjan is a faculty member at Murdoch University Dubai and a research scientist in AI focused on computer vision, image processing and earth sciences. With over 15 years of full-time academic experience in the Middle East and India, Dr. Ranjan is a visionary leader with a strong focus on mentoring and nurturing future tech professionals. She earned her PhD in AI and Machine Learning from Delhi Technological University in 2024 and a Fellowship from the Higher Education Academy (UK) in 2017 for her teaching excellence. Dr. Ranjan completed her master’s in computer science engineering as a gold medallist in 2010 after successfully clearing the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering. Presently, she is steering the Artificial Intelligence and Autonomous Systems program at Murdoch University Dubai. Her research involves developing novel algorithms in Computer Vision, Image Processing, Generative AI, Data Science and Machine Learning with remote sensing, HSI, earth sciences, urban development, and disaster management applications. She has published over 30 papers in SCI/E journals and conferences, authored multiple book chapters, and filed several patents in the Indian Patent Office and the Australian Government. Dr. Ranjan actively participates in government and industry-funded projects and reviews for prestigious journals, including IEEE TGRS, Earth Sciences, Signal Image Video Processing, and JISA, to name a few. Believing that teaching, industry, and research are inseparable parts of academia, Dr. Ranjan has chaired sessions at leading conferences and organised and hosted conferences powered by the British Computer Society, CISCO, Oracle MEA, Robotics Club @The Assembly during her tenure at Middlesex University. She was honoured with the Commendable Research Award from Delhi Technological University for her contributions to the field. Extremely close to her heart, Dr. Ranjan is committed to empowering women to pursue careers in science and tech. She previously served as the Head of the ORACLE Academy MEA and is a Senior Member of IEEE, where she continues to contribute to her domain.

Yilun Shang received his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Mathematics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is currently an Associate Professor of Computer Science and the Head of Subject for Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at Northumbria University. His research interests include complex networks and systems, probability and analysis, algebra and combinatorics, algorithms and optimization, data science and artificial intelligence.

Xiangteng He received the Ph.D. degree in computer applied technology from Peking University, Beijing, China, in 2020. He is currently the Research Assistant Professor with the Wangxuan Institute of ComputerTechnology,Peking University. He has authored over30 papers, including IJCV, IEEE TIP, TMM, TCSVT, CVPR, ICCV,ICDE,ACM MM, ACMSIGIR, IJCAI and AAAI.His research interests include fine-grained visual analysis, multi-modal content analysis,image and video recognitionand understanding, and computer vision. He was one of the recipients of 2020 CCF (China Computer Federation) Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award and 2018 Baidu Scholarship, and awarded Young Elite Scientists Sponsorship Program by CAST in 2022. He was the co-organizers of FGVC 9, 10 and 11 at CVPR.
